Richard Gabriel

Richard Gabriel, the co-founder of Decision Analysis was interviewed about "How trial consulting services help the best lawyers and corporations to win and settle cases" for American Airline's Forbes Business & Technology Channel. The show was titled “America’s Go-To Lawyers & Their Successful Business & Legal Stratedgies.”

Richard Gabriel and has worked on hundreds of civil and criminal cases in over 15 years of practice, including the O.J. Simpson, Heidi Fleiss, and Whitewater trials. Currently, Richard is the ASTC (American Society of Trial Consultants) President-elect. Mr. Gabriel has conducted nationally recognized seminars for the State Bar Associations, law schools, legal assocaitions, and individual law firms. Mr. Gabriel has contributed to two books on trial consulting: "Jury Selection: Strategy and Science" and "Bennett's Guide to Jury Selection and Trial Dynamics" as well as authored a series of articles for national legal publications. He has appeared numerous times on NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC and NPR as a commentator on high profile trials. Mr. Gabriel is an adjunct professor of Trial Advocacy at Pepperdine Law School.
