New Jersey - Litigation Associate, 2+ years of general commercial litigation experience. Strong academic and writing skills required. 

New York, NY - Associate 3 years the candidate would assist litigation partners in a number of commercial litigation projects and in the preparation of the science defense in a complex litigation. Mass torts experience.  The candidate will play a primary role in motion practice, witness preparation, and factual investigations. Client and witness contact should be expected. A writing sample should be submitted with the materials.
