Philadelphia - Environmental Associate, 3+ years of environmental and/or real estate or transactional experience. The ideal candidate would have experience working on both the regulatory and business side of transactions that involve environmental impacts, including negotiating voluntary cleanup agreements, consent orders and related regulatory documents, and working with consultants and environmental insurers to develop remedial approaches and bind insurance coverage that mitigates environmental risk.
