Washington D.C. firm is looking to add a partner with a specialization in Trade Policy. This person should have experience dealing with the WTO, NAFTA and Free Trade Agreements. Government and/or law firm experience required. This position also requires portables in the $500,000 range.

The right candidate should have established business ($750,000 to $1 million in portables) but should also be looking to continue developing his or her Customs practice. The most qualified candidates should have U.S. Customs Service or law firm experience focused on imports.

The right candidate will have experience dealing with antidumping and countervailing duty matters before the Department of Commerce and the International Trade Commission.
Washington D.C. Litigation and Antitrust Group of this well-known firm is looking for a junior associate with 2 to 3 years' experience. The position will consist of working on antitrust matters and preparing Hart-Scott-Rodino notifications and applicants should therefore display familiarity with these matters. Candidates from the FTC, DOJ or law firms are preferred. This firm requires top academic credentials.
