Thomas P. Brown, IV

THOMAS BROWN, IV, a member of the Epstein Becker & Green law firm in the Labor and Employment practice in the Los Angeles office of was interviewed about "Respecting Diversity in the Workplace" for American Airline's Forbes Business & Technology Channel. Mr. Brown’s experience includes representing management on labor and employment matters including wrongful discharge, discrimination, ERISA litigation, and class action litigation. Prior to joining Epstein Becker & Green, Mr. Brown served as a trial attorney for the Office of the Solicitor for the U.S. Department of Labor from 1976 through 1979, and as a trial attorney for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission from 1979 through 1981. He also served in the United States Marine Corps from 1966 to 1968. Mr. Brown writes and speaks extensively on labor and employment law matters. He is a member of the editorial advisory board of the Employee Relations Law Journal.
