Mr. Bekken represents and advises employers across the country on strategies to avoid employment claims and lawsuits. He also has represented companies in more than 400 union organizational efforts, as well as in handling numerous discrimination cases and wage and hour matters.

Mr. Bekken is a frequent lecturer to various business groups around the country on labor and employment issues.
