Senator William E. Brock III
Senator William E. Brock III, United States Senator from Tennesse, and founder and Chairman of the Brock Group. Senator Brock is given particular credit for the expansion of GATT, the world’s international trade organization, to encompass for the first time, intellectual property, services, and investment. Senator Brock has had a ringside seat for most of the major economic events of the last two decades and he will open a window on previously unseen aspects of global economic policy. Senator Brock initiated the first free trade agreements ever negotiated by the United States, first with Israel, then Canada, and the Nations of the Caribbean basin.
