Justine Gottshall

Ms. Gottshallt has significant experience in privacy, consumer protection and e-commerce issues.

Her practice includes conducting privacy audits, counseling about online and offline marketing issues, drafting Web site privacy polices and terms of use and creating and implementing privacy and security-related compliance strategies and programs. The practice also conducts online and offline advertisement copy review including Web site vetting, advising on sweepstakes, contests and other promotions, consumer issues and intellectual property matters.
