Angie Howard, senior vice president of the Nuclear Energy Institute, was interviewed regarding nuclear energy and its importance to our energy and environmental needs today and for the future for American Airline's Forbes Business & Technology Channel. Ms. Howard serves as executive vice president of policy, planning and external affairs for the Nuclear Energy Institute. Before joining NEI, Ms. Howard was vice president and director of industry relations and information services for the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations and worked for the Duke Power Company from 1969 to 1980. A graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, Ms. Howard completed the Reactor Technology Program for Utility Executives sponsored by MIT and the National Academy for Nuclear Training.
