Lynne Bernabei

Lynne Bernabei, a partner with the law firm of Bernabei & Katz in Washington, D.C., was recently interviewed for American Airline's Forbes Business & Technology Channel. The show was titled “World Business Monitor: Focus on the Executive Employer; Best Practices & Leadership in Labor and Employment.” The subject of the interview was the whistleblower protection provision of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and how corporations might use the Act to create a workplace culture that values open reporting of potential problems and prevents embarrassing public disclosures of securities violations.
