Brad E. Mutschelknaus, Managing Partner, Kelley Drye & Warren.

Mr. Mutschelknaus practice focuses on telecommunications. Mr. Mutschelknaus is the Managing Partner in the Firm's Washington, D.C. office. He is on the Firm's Executive Committee.

He represents numerous companies before state PUCs and the FCC, and has extensive experience in the negotiation of interconnection agreements, collocation agreements, right-of-way agreements, telecom service agreements and similar transactions.

Mr. Mutschelknaus supervises dozens of nationwide campaigns for regulatory approval of major telecom transactions, and has successfully tried cases before over 30 state PUCs.

He previously served as member of the Boards of Directors of the Competitive Telecommunications Association and the Operator Services Providers of America, and was a past Chairman of the State and Local Practice Committee of the Federal Communications Bar Association.
