Prior to producing legal shows for Sky Radio, Steve began his career as a writer, writing over 20 books and numerous magazine and news articles on a diversity of subjects ranging from International Trade to Banking, Commercial Real Estate, general business books, and many more. He entered the executive search and recruiting industry 20 years ago, in 1984. He has appeared on numerous nationwide TV shows…and has also been spotlighted on CNN, CBS and NBC for his successful business and humanitarian events.
His daily interaction with prominent corporate and legal decision makers affords him direct access to the nation’s top lawyers and business people... and develops while he creates and coordinates “hot legal topic” shows for Sky Radio Network. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California , Los Angeles and attended Southwestern University of Law.
Michelle Mustain
Michelle Mustain is a senior search consultant with 5 years experience in recruiting and a diverse background including executive "headhunting" search in a variety of fields as well as experience working as an in-house recruiter for consulting firms. Industry experience includes advertising, public relations, sales/marketing, and information technology. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and has a Masters degree in International Relations.
For the last 3 years, technical recruiting in information technology has included in-depth knowledge of many aspects such as web/internet development and database management. Experience includes all levels of candidates such as Project Managers, Ecommerce Project Managers, Directors, Vice President and C level positions, developers and support personnel working in both client management as well as candidate development.
After working for consulting firms and agencies, Michelle joined PRI, and became an associate in March of that same year. A consistently high level of service to both clients and candidates has helped Michelle be highly successful in placing candidates. Personal attention to the needs of both clients and candidates is the key to Michelle’s success; and keeping good relationships is of paramount importance to insure repeat business with both candidate and client referrals.
Avesha Michael
Avesha Michael is a search consultant with Professional Recruiters Inc. with over a decade of legal industry experience. For the last eight years she worked in-house as an attorney recruiter, starting her career with a prestigious firm in Chicago where she was four years. She then spent four years with the Los Angeles office of a large nation-wide firm with which she recruited all levels of lateral attorneys from associate to Partner to group acquisitions. She also has experience in law firm marketing professional and client development and in her earlier years paralegal work. Avesha received her B.A. in 1996 in Political Science and Communications and in 2002 she received her M.A. in Spiritual Psychology which was one of the best gifts she has ever given herself.
Avesha brings nearly a decade of law firm experience to both her clients and candidates which allows her to provide them with current industry trends as well as a wealth of information on the various components of law firm culture and dynamics. Avesha's legal industry experience, coupled with her background in psychology, provide her a unique perspective in counseling lawyers exploring career changes. Avesha takes a truly ”personalized” approach to lateral attorney recruiting. Her in-depth, professional style and her extensively trained listening and counseling skills give her the ability to understand the specific needs of both clients and candidates. Susan Jordan
Susan Jordan began her career as a legal recruiter in London in 1998 and moved to the US in 2000. She’s recently joined Professional Recruiters Inc. as a legal recruiter continuing a successful recruiting career in California, working with legal professionals in the top US law firms.
Susan brings to Professional Recruiters Inc. the same integrity, creativity, experience and vision that has always brought her success. Her background enables her to find for her clients attorneys who have the proven credentials that her client's seek.
Susan has a BA (Hons) degree from London University and a Masters in Law and Economics. Susan has homes in both London and Los Angeles.
