Perry Lerner, Partner, Lerner & Squire
Perry A. Lerner is a member of the California and New York bars. He reeceived a bachelor's degree from Claremont McKenna College and a juris doctorate from Harvard Law School. He was a law clerk to Judge Arnold Raum, U.S. Tax Court, 1968-1970 and Attorney-Advisor, Office of the International Tax Counsel, U.S. Treasury Department, 1973-1976. Mr. Lerner is a member of the Los Angeles County, New York State and American (member, International Law and Taxation Committee) Bar Associations. His practice areas are tax law and international tax law.
